At Cali Raised LED, we stand by the quality of our off-road gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Please note that certain custom-fabricated items or electrical components may be subject to a restocking fee.
Review Policy
Ensure your item is within the 30-day return window and remains in its original, uninstalled condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Submit Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in their original boxes, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our facility using a carrier of your choice and provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor your delivery.
